Evaluation: Our booking team will review submissions and assess suitability based on musical style, professionalism, and potential audience draw.
Discussion: Selected acts may be contacted for further discussion regarding performance details, expectations, and potential guarantees.
Performance Guarantees:
Negotiable Terms: The Fairview Tavern is open to discussing guarantees based on the act's draw, experience, and past performance history. Keep in mind this is a smaller venue, guarantees have to make financial sense.
Performance Agreement: Details of the performance, including set duration, compensation, and any specific requirements, will be outlined.
Additional Notes:
Promotion: Acts are encouraged to actively promote their performance through their own channels, in addition to The Fairview Tavern’s marketing efforts.
Cancellations: In the event of a cancellation, acts must provide at least 72 hours’ notice.

Punctuality: Timely arrival for set-up, any sound checks, various prep times and performances is appreciated.
Courtesy: Respectful and courteous behavior is expected at all times.
